Recovery focused support for adults aged 16+ who are experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Person centred planning is used to identify personal goals and aspirations.

Our team work with individuals to explore self management tools and resources that promote positive mental well-being. Support is also provided to access community groups and resources - whether this be a hobby or interest, educational opportunity or voluntary or paid work.
